Lincolnshire Smallholding & Self-Sufficiency Club

Welcome to the Lincolnshire Smallholding & Self-Sufficiency Club (LSSSC) website.

We are currently redeveloping the site and hope to have a new look with new content very soon. In the meantime please take a look through the current site.

Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on Sunday 7th September, at midday. This is the club Summer BBQ, hosted by Patrick and Wendy. Members are reminded to bring food with them. For the party animals amongst you (Vickie and Sam), bring your own alcohol, as Patrick and Wendy are teetotal :)  Members who need directions, or want to liaise with Patrick about what food to bring, should contact Patrick or look at their website, which you can find via our LINKS page.

Wragby Show

The club is having a stand at the Wragby show, at the end of the month, with the aim of increasing membership. If you haven't received an e mail about this please contact Ivan to check that he has your details.

Membership Directory
Debra is going to produce a directory of members, their produce, and interests. We will be writing to all members to make sure that we have accurate information, and to confirm what details you want included in the directory. Each paid up member will receive a copy. It will not be passed to anybody outside the club. If you have not been receiving e mails from Ivan (the new secretary) please contact him via the link in the previous paragraph, to find out why.

Apple Day
The Lincolnshire Organic Gardeners' Organisation (LOGO) are hosting an Apple Day. It will be held at Wragby Town Hall, on Sunday 5th October, from 11 am. to 4pm. Admission is FREE.  There will be 150 apples on display, a chance to have one of your own apples identified, stalls, and refreshments. More information can be found at LOGO
