Cheese Making Workshop at
Bridge Farm, Snitterby Carr. The workshop arranged for April
is now full, however if you are interested in attending a future workshop,
please contact Patty on 01673 818272 or email patty.bridgefarmconservat@virgin.net. In the workshops
both hard cheese and curd cheese are made. For LSSSC members the
cost of the workshop is £25 and includes a set of 'how to do it' notes and
cheese for you to take home.
