CHEESEMAKING


These courses are run by Patty Philips, who will take up to four people at a time. The workshops are held at Bridge Farm, Snitterby Carr, from 10am to 3pm. The workshop covers the making of hard cheese and curd cheese, and you get to take away some cheese with you, along with a set of "How To" notes. The price is £25 for LSSSC members.

Courses are run when there is sufficient interest, normally on a Monday or Tuesday. Patty can sometimes run a course on either the first, or second Saturday of the month.

The April 12th Course is now full, but possible dates are 5th or 26th May (Bank Holidays).
